Responsibilities
- Drive cost reduction initiatives with suppliers to enhance competitiveness while maintaining capacity and quality standards.
- Manage supplier contracts and long-term agreements, aligning with market trends and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely procurement, escalate critical materials, and meet customer demands.
- Lead teams in identifying opportunities for cost reduction, supply chain improvement, and customer satisfaction.
- Execute events across multiple categories to achieve cost-saving targets.
- Build solid relationships with stakeholders, network within the company, and develop negotiation strategies.
- Identify opportunities for competitive bidding and expand the existing purchasing network.
