We are seeking a Lab Technician for a Quality Inspection Role to join a leading manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll support the production process by performing inspections, collecting samples, and ensuring compliance with GMP standards and internal quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect production fill lines and perform line audits to verify accuracy of lot numbers, weights, and documentation.
- Collect, label, and manage storage of raw material, in-process, and finished product samples.
- Conduct visual inspections, rework checks, and identify nonconforming product.
- Perform basic laboratory testing and maintain clean, calibrated lab equipment.
- Review SDS and COAs for incoming raw materials and verify compliance with specifications.
- Support microbiological sampling and accurate record-keeping.
- Communicate quality issues promptly to QA leadership.
- 2–3+ years of experience working in a laboratory setting
- Good math skills (basic algebra) and high attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (Chemistry, Biology, etc.) preferred but not required with enough relevant experience.
