Responsibilities
This role is responsible for preparing and shipping of Domestic and International export deliveries. The key focus for this role will be to support the traffic office – Local to ensure compliance of all shipments, run daily reports, and verify all compliance before shipments occur. Other duties as required.
- Prepare all hazardous material, domestic and export paperwork, and notify carriers of shipments
- Schedule empty containers for wooden sled return to Germany
- Prepare paperwork for commercial invoices
- Communicate and present ideas, projects, and key performance indicators (KPI’s)/metrics to the appropriate stakeholders in the organization
- Part number / detail reporting for all inbound containers
- Submit AES filings
- Assist in gathering information and documents that are reported (Daily)
- Follow up with the sales team leadership for the (ISR’s) Individual Sales Representative on customer orders ensuring to respond in a timely manner
Ensure adherence to all implemented standards and work instructions.
Ensure Customs and Government compliance for all International export shipments.
