We’re seeking a Mechanical Assembler with strong experience in tubing fabrication and mechanical assembly. This role involves building components to precise specifications, interpreting engineering drawings, and supporting testing both in-house and in lab environments. Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
responsible for fabricating build to print tubing and mechanical assemblies per specification and
drawings; providing testing support in house and in a lab environment
Ability to read layout drawings.
Ability to provide mechanical build (drilling, tapping, component layout, tube bending and routing)
Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
Must be able to read and understand shop Drawings and Boms.
Inspects work product of others to verify compliance to build instructions
Must be able to read and maintain fabrication documents up to date
Ability to work in a team environment.
Clean and organize work area.

Describe the knowledge required to perform the major responsibilities.
Knowledge of hand tools
Knowledge of torque specs and tread sealant and lubricant.
Blue print reading
Tube prep and routing
Assembly of valves, flanges and Skids
Be versed in standard industrial safety operations



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
