We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join a team supporting cutting-edge industrial machinery across North America. If you’re passionate about hands-on problem solving, thrive in dynamic environments, and love helping customers, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Provide remote support and communicate clearly with customers Perform preventive maintenance and identify spare parts Complete service documentation and share technical feedback Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution ✈️ Travel across the U.S. and occasionally to Canada/South America
What You Bring: ✔️ 3+ years as a field tech in a manufacturing setting ✔️ understanding of electromechanical systems ✔️ Ability to read electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics ✔️ Comfortable traveling up to 90% ✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills
Bonus If You Have: ➕ CAD knowledge, Spanish skills, or OSHA certification ➕ Background in extrusion, packaging, or automation equipment

Responsibilities
Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain automated industrial machinery at customer sites across North America. Provide remote technical support via phone and email. Act as the bridge between customer needs and the engineering/service team. Diagnose and repair issues involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Perform preventive maintenance and identify necessary spare parts. Keep detailed service documentation and provide clear technical reports. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and customer expectations. Deliver basic training to customer personnel when required. Travel frequently (up to 90%) and maintain a high level of professionalism while supporting diverse manufacturing environments. Continuously improve technical knowledge and contribute feedback for product enhancements.
