We are seeking driven and motivated individuals who are eager to work and learn new skills. A printing company in Lake Villa is looking for a Printing Press Operator to print customized labels for customers based on specific job orders; someone who is mechanically inclined, understands computers working with programs and has a good eye for detail. Prevoius printing press experience is not mandatory but this individual should have some sort of experience working on machinery, has some mechanical amptitude and can follow and read instructions.

Training is on 1st shift (6am-230pm) for the first 3 months or so before moving to the 2nd shift schedule (230p-1am M-TH). This is a weekly paid position with starting pay at $18/hr along with benefits coverage offered through Randstad. This is a temp to hire position. Responsibilities

As a printing press operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a printing press machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Printing customize labels made to order. Duties include inspecting parts to specifications and making adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications. You must comply with company safety rules and regulations in machinery operation. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking.
