Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong background in machining environments to join a leading manufacturing team in Wichita, KS.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other production equipment.
  
  
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
  
  
• Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure all machinery is operating at optimal efficiency.
  
  
• Support machine rebuilds, equipment moves, and installations.
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and PMs.
  
  
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a machining or manufacturing environment.
  
  
• strong understanding of mechanical systems, CNC controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
  
  
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  
  
• Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
  
  
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• CNC machine repair experience (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, etc.).
  
  
• Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge a plus.
  
  
• Welding and fabrication skills a bonus.
