- Proven ability to summarize and communicate goals, tasks, and requirements clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including team members, site staff, and leadership external to the site.

Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate CI teams to identify, package, and implement solutions to process
problems.
Execute continuous improvement projects with defined scope, timelines, and budgets,
enhancing process integrity and efficiency.
Monitor the sustainability of CI initiatives and support the achievement of broader business
objectives set by leadership.
Research, recommend, and integrate new methods, technologies, or quality assurance
practices to proactively meet evolving business needs.
Serve as the onboarding lead for all new hires, ensuring effective integration into the work
area and alignment with the organization's mission and vision.
Maintain the training matrix and schedule refresher training for associates inactive in a
function for 60+ days.
Deliver training on standard work, safety procedures, key customer requirements, and
eSafety systems.
Develop visual job aids and update training content in collaboration with team leaders,
supervisors, and subject matter experts.
Create coaching and development plans for associates not meeting quality expectations and
partner with operations to execute these plans.
Measure and assess the effectiveness of training programs and interventions.
