We’re hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations at a busy community. This role involves general maintenance work including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs, as well as preparing units for new residents. Candidates must have a current EPA/HVAC certification, provide professional references, and be able to pass a background check as required by the client.

salary: $17 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Conduct general maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  
  
• Ensure all work complies with EPA regulations and maintain up-to-date certifications.
  
  
• Turn over vacant units by performing thorough cleaning, repairs, and upgrades.
  
  
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Keep work areas clean and safe, following all safety protocols and standards.
  
  
• Complete tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a non-temperature controlled environment
