Overview: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations at a meat processing facility specializing in chicken, duck, pork, and beef. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production maintenance, with hands-on expertise in both 480V electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting. This position plays a key role in ensuring high equipment uptime and maintaining a robust preventive maintenance program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of 2–3 Maintenance Mechanics.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 480V circuits, motors, control panels, and relays.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production equipment such as grinders, mixers, cubers, fryers, conveyor belts, egg roll machines, and steamers.
- Oversee and improve preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Coordinate with production and sanitation teams to prioritize maintenance activities around production needs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and track work orders and equipment history.
- Order parts and manage inventory of critical spares.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff in safe, effective maintenance practices.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, OSHA, and company safety standards.
- Prior experience in a food production or meat processing environment is required.
- Must be comfortable working around raw meat (poultry, pork, beef, duck).

- Solid mechanical skills and hands-on experience installing, repairing, and maintaining food production machinery.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a small team effectively.
- Advanced or fluent Spanish-speaking skills required.
- Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000/year
- Stable, consistent first-shift schedule with Fridays and Sundays off
