We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer with approximately 3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing and optimizing CNC programs for milling and/or turning operations using CAD/CAM software. Responsibilities

• Develop programs for fabricating parts on CNC machine tools for 2, 3, and 4 axis milling machines.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, sketches, drawings and specifications to ensure best practice machining methods.
• Approve all programs to ensure that they are trouble-free before releasing to manufacturing.
• Prepare instructions for machine set-up and operation for operator.
• May require assisting with job set ups at peak workload
• Expertise in programming to tight tolerances
• Minimum 2 years programming in Mastercam 10
• Knowledge of CAM and CAD software
• Competent in G-code programming
• Familiarity and experience with the operation and programming of Haas and Fanuc controls.
• Solid understanding of routing and tooling procedures.
