Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor extrusion lines to produce plastic, rubber, or metal components to precise specifications
- Set up dies, calibrators, and downstream equipment for production runs
- Perform quality checks and measurements throughout production to ensure compliance with standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical and material issues
- Record production data and maintain accurate shift documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety policies
- 1+ years of experience in extrusion or manufacturing preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and technical specifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work overtime or off-shifts as needed
