Responsibilities
Responsibilities Consistently conduct sampling of output provided by Transactional Print, machine insertion and manual insertion to verify that output meets Broadridge and client quality requirements. Consistently conduct inspection of processes, the documentation supplied, and procedures used to produce the output inspected. Verify that information on all documentation is complete and accurate, including the job ticket, transport tickets, and the information populated on the job ticket (job name, job number and mail class). When jobs must be split, verify that they are split correctly and that the job documentation is correct. Verify selective insertion and double/miss detection setups on each machine. Perform random inspections to ensure the quality of work during the production process. This includes verifying the integrity of statements and our production processes. Document errors and provided feedback to the team. Perform a visual inspection of sorted and bucketed mail to ensure the proper separation and distribution of mail classes, thus ensuring postal and manifest integrity. Utilize available verification systems for batch reconciliation. In addition, utilize the IQ system to reconcile muted pieces. The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment standing for 6 hours at one time working up to 20 hrs of overtime per week working weekends
