In this role, you’ll do more than just push buttons — you’ll be setting up, dialing in, and keeping production running smoothly on a variety of CNC and secondary machines. You’ll play a big role in making sure we hit production goals without compromising on quality. What we’re looking for:

Responsibilities
- Operate or oversee the operation of a variety of production equipment, including robotic systems, CNC machines, automatic screw machines, pin and spring machines, and other secondary or unattended machinery.
- Ensure smooth production flow by performing expediting and layout functions, servicing operators, and monitoring progress to meet production quotas.
- Set up machines based on blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets.
- Use precision measurement tools and instruments to verify setups and output, with tooling, feed rates, and speeds typically predetermined.
- Provide instruction and guidance to machine operators on proper operation, best practices, and achieving target production quantities.
