Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, PLCs, and control panels
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Install and upgrade wiring and electrical components — always up to code
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to solve problems and improve processes
- Keep detailed records and prioritize safety at all times
