We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, verifying contents, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. This role requires extensive, hands-on experience with both domestic and international shipping using major carriers. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process all outbound shipments, including picking, packing, and labeling products.
  
  
• Must have extensive, hands-on experience with UPS and FedEx worldwide shipping platforms, including creating and managing international shipments.
  
  
• Verify contents of outgoing packages against shipping manifests, purchase orders, and invoices.
  
  
• Operate warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack to move materials.
  
  
• Track and trace shipments, and provide updates to internal teams and customers as needed.
  
  
• Manage shipping supplies inventory and notify the supervisor when restocking is required.
  
  
• Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
  
  
• Resolve any shipping discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
