Responsibilities
- Product Assembly: Accurately assemble components according to specific instructions, blueprints, or work orders. This may involve using small hand tools, jigs, or automated machinery.
- Packing and Labeling: Efficiently and securely pack finished products into appropriate containers, ensuring correct counts and configuration. Apply labels, stickers, and other identifying information with precision.
- Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of components and finished products to identify defects, inconsistencies, or damage. Report any quality issues to the shift supervisor or quality control team immediately.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) as required in an FDA-regulated environment. This includes following proper gowning, hygiene, and documentation procedures.
- Safety Protocol: Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe handling of materials. Participate in regular safety training and meetings.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor various production and packing equipment, performing routine checks to ensure proper function. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
