Randstad is seeking experienced CNC Machinists for the Greater Pawtucket area. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with CNC Turning Centers and Lathes. The candidate should be proficient with full machine setup, offsets, Blueprint reading, GD&T, Measuring Devices, Math, and calculation. The jobs being run range from small to large production runs. Responsibilities

- 2 years of experience with CNC Turning Centers and Lathes

- Must be able to set up jobs on machines

- Must be able to perform tooling changes

- Experience with Offsets

- Follow GD&T Principals

- Experience with various measuring instruments

- Basic programming edits, modify, and maintain programming for CNC machines

- Use of blueprints, process sheets, specification and instruction sheets

- Run 1st piece and inspect the piece to ensure quality of production run

- Maintains machine and work area in neat, clean orderly condition

- Complies with all company rules and regulations

- Lifting up to 60 LBS is required



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 60lbs

standing for 7 hours at one time
