We seek an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to lead our technical team and ensure optimal performance and safety of our plant's industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader focused on maximizing the reliability of production machinery. This is an industrial manufacturing role, not property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and supervise the maintenance team (Maintenance, HVAC, & PLC Techs).
- Manage and execute preventive maintenance programs for all production and facility equipment (extrusion/blow molders, chillers, compressors).
- Oversee equipment repair, upgrades, and new installations to minimize downtime.
- Ensure plant safety compliance (OSHA, guarding) and perform root cause analysis on equipment failures.
- Manage the departmental budget, projects, and coordinate maintenance activities with production scheduling.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive working knowledge of industrial electrical systems (480V, 3-phase), hydraulics, pneumatics, and facility systems. Must have experience in both Injection Molding and Blow Molding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be strongly considered.
- Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and budget management skills.
- Experience with plastics extrusion or blow molding machinery is a plus.

instruct employees in safe operation and maintenance procedures
● Manage projects and maintenance costs, including maintenance spending, labor and
overtime
● Prioritize and direct activities and assignments of subordinate personnel
● Develop skills of maintenance personnel
● Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures regarding conduct,
performance, safety/OSHA requirements, and compensation of employees
● Coordinate maintenance and installation activities with production scheduling
