As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will be the go-to expert for some of our most challenging projects. You'll lead service, repair, and installation work on a wide variety of HVAC systems, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service and support. Your expertise will be crucial in mentoring our junior technicians and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead Complex Projects: Take the lead on diagnosing and repairing advanced HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, heat pumps, and VRF systems for both commercial and residential clients.
- Mentor and Guide: Share your knowledge by training and mentoring junior technicians, helping them develop their skills in diagnostics, safety, and best practices.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform detailed preventative maintenance on a diverse range of HVAC units to keep them running efficiently and prevent future issues.
- Client Relations: Communicate directly with clients, providing expert advice, explaining repair options, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Oversee and execute system start-ups and commissioning for new installations, guaranteeing everything is set up for optimal performance.
- Documentation: Accurately document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities to maintain clear records.
- Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with building codes, industry standards, and company policies.
- Extensive experience as an HVAC Technician, with a proven track record of handling complex projects.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of commercial and residential HVAC systems.

- Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
