Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- System Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues across various facility systems, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
- HVAC Expertise: Use your background to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide array of HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, and controls.
- Preventative Care: Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all equipment operates efficiently, extending its lifespan and reducing costly breakdowns.
- Service & Support: Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders, resolving issues quickly to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all occupants.
- Automation Systems: Monitor and adjust Building Automation Systems (BAS) to optimize energy usage and maintain ideal climate control.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document all maintenance, repairs, and parts used to keep detailed records of all work performed.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all tasks are completed in strict adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
- Proven experience as a Facilities Mechanic or similar role.
- A strong background and hands-on experience with HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical and plumbing issues.
- Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, including split systems, chillers, boilers, and controls.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on all facility equipment to ensure optimal operation and extend asset lifespan.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage building automation systems (BAS) to monitor and adjust HVAC settings for energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
- Perform minor electrical repairs such as replacing ballasts, outlets, and switches.
- Address plumbing issues, including drain clogs, leaks, and fixture repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and installations.
