We're looking for reliable and flexible individuals to join our team as a Production Support Associate. This is an entry-level position that plays a key role in keeping our production warehouse running smoothly. You will perform a variety of tasks, from general cleaning and upkeep to feeding materials into machines, and supporting special projects when available.

salary: $16.5 - $16.51 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 5 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Production Support: Loading materials like paper and booklets into machines. You'll need to keep an eye on material levels and quickly check them for quality before they go into the machines.
  
  
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Sweeping warehouse floors, breaking down boxes, and assisting with general cleaning to maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  
  
• Maintenance & Upkeep: Assisting with minor maintenance tasks, like keeping industrial equipment clean, and promptly reporting any equipment malfunctions or facility issues to management.
  
  
• Safety & Organization: Following all safety protocols, using required personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensuring all walkways and emergency exits are clear. You will help with organizing common areas to keep the environment clutter-free.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 12 hours at one time

working weekends
