Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance on all plant machinery, equipment, and building systems. Assist other maintenance staff as needed.
  
  
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical and electronic components, including drives and PLCs.
  
  
• Work Order Management: Complete all assigned work orders, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  
  
• Inventory & Documentation: Maintain the parts inventory and accurately complete all necessary paperwork and data entry.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Must be proficient in troubleshooting drives, PLCs, and other electrical components.
  
  
• Blueprint Reading: The ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics is essential.
  
  
• Systems Expertise: A strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is required.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 70lbs

standing for 12 hours at one time

working up to 7 hrs of overtime per week
