What You'll Do As a Picker Packer, you'll be at the heart of the order fulfillment process. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities
Order Picking
- Receiving and reviewing customer orders to identify items for picking.
- Locating and retrieving items from designated warehouse locations, ensuring accuracy in item, size, and quantity.
- Utilizing equipment such as scanners, forklifts, or pallet jacks to assist in the picking process.
- Inspecting items for damage or defects before picking and reporting any issues to a supervisor.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Selecting appropriate packaging materials to ensure products are protected during transit.
- Packing items securely into boxes, envelopes, or other containers.
- Labeling packages accurately with shipping labels, barcodes, and other necessary information.
- Verifying that the contents of the package match the order form to prevent shipping errors.
- Arranging for the shipment of packages with designated carriers.
- Assisting in regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Notifying supervisors of low stock or discrepancies to prevent order delays.
- Adhering to safety protocols and procedures for handling and storing products.
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Communicating any issues or delays with a supervisor.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
