Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 2-5 maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and professional growth.
- Oversee all maintenance activities, including corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance on chemical processing equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including parts, labor, and external services.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support facility projects.
- Maintain and manage the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Respond to and troubleshoot emergency maintenance issues as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager, specifically within a chemical manufacturing or process-heavy industry.
- strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Expertise in preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

- Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday. Weekend and off-hours required for emergency situations.
