Performs maintenance and repairs on dry wall, painting, doors, locks, and restrooms. Responsible for the installation, reconfiguration and repair of modular workstations and office setups. Responsible for event set up/tear down. Installs interior artwork. Performs facilities related tasks at Corporate offices, branches, and off-site locations. Assists and fills in for other departments within Facilities as necessary. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above. This is a TOP QUALITY corporate company where culture fit is very important. They do require a cleared background check and will do a hair follicle drug test -- both must be cleared. There are also two (2) four minute assessments that will be performed onsite as part of the interview process to test perception, speed accuracy and attention to detail. Both must be passed in order to be hired on for the position.
