Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the entire procurement cycle, from determining material needs and generating purchase orders to handling requests for quotes (RFQs).
- Ensure all materials meet strict quality and cost specifications. Continuously seek ways to optimize procurement processes for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor production volumes, analyze customer demand, and track purchasing trends to maintain a consistent and sufficient supply of materials.
- Oversee and schedule all deliveries to customers and assess purchasing needs based on production volume. .
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and distributors. You'll coordinate supply, manage order changes, and swiftly resolve any issues.
- Partner with the quality control team to establish and enforce quality benchmarks, ensuring all final products meet our high company standards.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and performance reports to provide clear insights into our operational and financial health.
