Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records in the corporate asset management system, including asset status, location, ownership, and usage history.
- Coordinate demo asset shipments, transfers, returns, and disposals in line with regional regulations and business priorities.
- Prepare required documentation for global logistics, including export control documents, customs forms, and certificates of conformance.
- Collaborate with the Global Trade Compliance team to ensure adherence to ITAR, EAR, and regional trade requirements.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc inventory reports for leadership visibility, audit support, and financial reconciliation.
- Previous experience in supply chain logistics, inventory management, or logistics planning.
- Previous experience or knowledge of U.S. and international trade compliance regulations and global shipping requirements.
- Familiarity with CRM, SAP, or other ERP data systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Competitive hourly rate of $26.00.
