Responsibilities

Produce high-quality products in a safe and hygienic way.
 Produce the right number of products to meet planned requirements.
 Maximize plant efficiency by immediately and formally reporting mechanical issues to your
immediate supervisor.
 Work as a team member to meet daily quotas and assigned tasks.
 Work with a high level of awareness of BRC audit requirements.
 Report all health and safety issues to your immediate supervisor.
 Actively participate in mandatory trainings and certification processes
 Work the production team with demolding, bread forming, dough mixing, and other
necessary aspects of the production process.
 Use the listed specifications to determine the quality of the bread being produced
 Maintain standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and good environmental practices using GMP
training
 Make sure you are applying the correct procedures and working methods
 Communicate with your leaders and supervisors to ensure all tasks are completed
 Keep a positive attitude, be honest, tidy and clean in appearance, punctual, take pride in your
work and collaborate with others.
 Complete additional task assigned by management



The essential functions of this role include:
