Responsibilities

 Supervise and lead all fulfillment and distribution staff (currently 2 employees
plus temporary associates as required).
 Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled with accuracy and shipped on schedule.
 Learn and operate multiple shipping software platforms and the inventory
management system.
 Manage and oversee cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
 Supervise and support product receipt, including verification, storage, and system
updates.
 Step in to perform associate tasks as needed, ensuring smooth workflow during
absences or peak periods.
 Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment when required.
 Make local deliveries as needed to support customer or company requirements.
 Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs. regularly.
 Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment, ensuring
adherence to safety and code requirements.
 Act as facilities manager when needed, addressing maintenance, equipment, or
building issues.
 Prepare and manage databases for large or multi-destination shipments.
 Evaluate existing procedures, recommend updates, and implement improvements
to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
 Work collaboratively with customers, Sales, and Customer Service
Representatives to address requirements and resolve issues.
 Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and
improve the customer experience.
