Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the fabrication, trimming, bonding, and finishing of composite components.
- Drill and assemble metal hardware, brackets, and various attachments.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Perform precise measuring, cutting, and fitting of materials.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks on finished components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and production procedures.
- Proven experience in a fabrication, mechanical assembly, or related role.
- Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to composite manufacturing processes.
- Previous experience in fiberglass, composites, or the boating/marine industry is highly desirable.
