About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Warehouse Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for urgent requests related to our offsite Yusen/NEX warehouse locations. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of critical requests between our internal teams and our external partners.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for urgent requests concerning Yusen/NEX (offsite warehouse locations). Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and documenting all urgent requests from various internal departments in a shared Excel log.
- Communicating these requests promptly to Yusen/NEX via email and, when necessary, by phone.
- Providing timely updates and feedback to internal stakeholders on the status of their requests.
