- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems (e.g., 24V, 120V, 480V), motors, and controls.
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems, including gears, bearings, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) is a significant plus.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to CNC machines, conveyors, robots, and automated systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals to facilitate repairs and troubleshooting.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
- Collaborate with production staff and engineers to identify and resolve recurring equipment problems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all safety protocols, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout).
- Accurately document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
