What You'll Do:
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle with a Class B CDL, following a set route to make deliveries on time.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure your vehicle is safe and ready to go.
- Handle "touch freight"—this means you'll be loading and unloading goods at various customer locations. You'll be using a hand truck, pallet jack, or dolly to move items.
- Provide exceptional customer service. You're the face of our company, so a positive and professional attitude is a must.
- Verify all orders, collect signatures, and handle any necessary paperwork accurately.
- Maintain open communication with our dispatch team throughout your route.
- A valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience with manual freight handling (touch freight).
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 100+ lbs) regularly.

- Manually load and unload goods at customer locations.
- Use equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Secure all cargo to prevent damage during transport.
- Verify orders against invoices and get customer signatures upon delivery.
- Interact professionally with customers and act as a representative for the company.
- Address and resolve any delivery concerns that may arise.
- Maintain open communication with dispatch and supervisors, reporting issues promptly.
- Complete all required paperwork, including delivery manifests and logs.
- Track mileage and hours of service.
- Lift and move heavy items, often up to 100 lbs or more.
