Are you a diligent, detail-oriented individual with a work ethic? We're looking for a Sanitation Team Member to join a dynamic production facility in the South San Francisco area. This full-time, in-person role is perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment. What You'll Need: Experience: One year of experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred. Experience with temperature checks and proofing is also a plus. Skills: Basic communication, math, and computer skills are preferred. You must be able to follow written and verbal policies, safety standards, and guidelines. Attributes: You should have a great attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team. You must also be able to follow strict food security standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). If this sounds like you, please apply!

Responsibilities

 Clean and sanitize coolers and freezers
 Sweep and mop floors, including cleaning drains
 Clean and sanitize production ovens
 Disassemble for cleaning and sanitization equipment such as conveyors, egg wash sprayer,
mixers, sheeters, etc.
 Production machines wrapper, tunnel freezer
 Collect garbage and cardboard in the production areas
 Weighed waste of dough, and ingredients of the production
 Clean and sanitize breakrooms, offices, lobby, restrooms, and all common areas
 Communicate to management when there are issues

 Attention to detail
 Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
 Ability to work well in a team, with others that have different work styles, background and views
 Ability to follow strict safety and food security standards, and adhere to all Good Manufacturing
practices (GMP)
