Responsibilities
Fill products into containers according to standard operating procedures while maintaining the highest level of quality and cleanliness.
Perform tasks with focus towards organization, sanitation, and safety.
Must always wear personal protective equipment.
Maintain clean work environment.
Operates pumps, valves, scales, and automated filling equipment.
Set up a filling station for filling grease tubes, pails, drums, or totes.
Documentation of procedures via filling documents to ensure proper chain of custody.
Teamwork on filling stations requiring serval personnel working together as one functioning process.
Place finished goods on designated pallets.
Manual dexterity (speed and accuracy) for such duties as sweeping, mopping, and toting.
Participates actively in all plant safety initiatives, programs, and training sessions.
Ability to work a schedule of (5) full 8-hour workdays per week.
Work overtime as needed.
Ability to climb stairs.
Report to workstation on time at start up, and after breaks and lunches.
Report all safety violations to Lead or Supervisor in a timely manner.
Report any mechanical or material issues to Lead or Supervisor in a timely manner.
Additional duties as required.
