• Hourly Rate: $20.93/hour

Note: The company is planning to transition to a rotating shift schedule in October once all positions are filled.  Key Responsibilities

• Inspect staples thoroughly using a microscope to ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Maintain a consistent production pace to meet departmental goals.
• Keep the work environment neat, clean, and organized to comply with clean room protocols.
• Perform other tasks as needed to support business operations.

The Ideal Candidate You have a keen attention to detail and are comfortable working in a clean room environment. You are a reliable, hard-working individual who can maintain focus during a long shift. While prior experience in a similar role is a plus, it is not required.
