Responsibilities
- Lead and Supervise: Direct and mentor a team of assembly and packaging line associates, assigning tasks and ensuring all team members are working safely and efficiently.
- Oversee Operations: Manage the daily workflow of the assembly and packaging lines, ensuring production goals are met and deadlines are hit.
- Maintain Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure they meet quality specifications and address any issues that arise.
- Optimize Processes: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste on the assembly and packaging lines.
- Train New Staff: Onboard and train new employees, ensuring they understand all procedures and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot: Quickly and effectively resolve any issues that impact production.
