Responsibilities
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing (e.g., fixing leaky faucets), electrical work (e.g., changing light bulbs and ballasts), and carpentry (e.g., repairing doors and furniture).
- Conduct routine inspections of building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and lighting to identify potential issues.
- Handle general upkeep duties such as painting, patching drywall, and assembling equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and address issues in a timely manner.
- Assist senior technicians with more complex projects and repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and keep an inventory of maintenance supplies.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
