- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Conduct minor and major repairs on building infrastructure, including carpentry, drywall, and painting.
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, ensuring proper functionality.
- Assist with the installation of new machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to minimize disruptions.
- Follow all company safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and manage a stock of necessary parts and supplies.
