Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance, calibration, and repair activities. Update and can read GA's and P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), schematics, and other technical documentation as needed.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, pneumatic, and electronic control issues. Analyze system performance and data to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
Perform routine and corrective maintenance, as well as calibration on all process control instruments and final control elements.
Install, test, and commission new instrumentation and control systems on process skids and equipment. This includes wiring, tubing, cutting and routing SS tubing, also mounting of instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
Repair panels with Stainless steel chipping.
Put on fitting's with out damaging outfittings.
Adhere to all company and customer safety protocols and dress code.
Conduct quality checks and ensure that all installed equipment and systems meet the companies high-quality standards.
