Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Communication: Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to all management and client requests via email, phone, text, and in-person communication.
- Operational Management: Handle all shipping and mailroom duties, including lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential problems or customer concerns, escalating issues to your supervisor as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Attend cross-functional training to ensure you can provide seamless coverage when short-staffed.
- Flexibility: Be ready to adapt to a changing work environment, as your site responsibility and location may change based on client and/or division needs.
- Education & Experience: A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, along with less than one year of related experience.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and technical knowledge are essential.
- Key Attributes: You must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
