Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship products.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Assist managers with daily warehouse activities.
- Monitor productivity and enforce safety protocols.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff, helping with task assignments and issue resolution.
- Train new associates on operational procedures.
- Communicate with other departments to resolve issues related to damages, shortages, or inaccuracies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
