Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the Flexo Rotary Die Cutter, a complex machine that prints and cuts corrugated cardboard into precision box shapes. You will be the master of your machine, ensuring every product meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and Operation: Prepare and operate the Flexo Rotary Die Cutter for production runs, including adjusting machine settings, mounting printing plates and cutting dies, and loading materials.
- Quality Control: Proactively monitor the machine's output to guarantee print quality and cutting precision. Perform regular visual inspections and use measurement tools to ensure products conform to customer specifications.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct routine cleaning and preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production flow.
- Safety First: Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
