The Job
- Operate and set up various CNC grinding machines.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Use precision tools like micrometers and calipers to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
- Edit and adjust CNC machine programs to optimize performance.
- Work with diverse materials such as carbide, Inconel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- The standard workweek is Monday through Friday, with a commitment to working 45+ hours per week preferred.
The Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in the basics of grinding, including dressing and inspecting the wheel.
- Experience in the eyelet industry or the toolmaker trade is a plus.
- A reliable team player who values a supportive work environment.

- Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and checking fluid levels, to keep the equipment running smoothly.
- Record production data and document any issues or defects found during inspection.
- Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
