We are looking for an experienced Surface Grinding Machinist to produce high-precision metal components. This is a direct-hire role, meaning you will be an employee from day one, eligible for all company benefits.



The Job

• Operate and set up surface grinding machines.
  
  
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  
  
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
  
  
• Perform wheel dressing and truing to maintain machine performance.
  
  
• Work with diverse materials such as carbide, Inconel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  
  
• The standard workweek is Monday through Friday, with a commitment to working 45+ hours per week preferred.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
  
  
• Proficient in the basics of grinding, including dressing and inspecting the wheel.
  
  
• Experience in the eyelet industry or the toolmaker trade is a plus.
  
  
• A reliable team player who values a supportive work environment.
