We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee 3rd shift operations and lead a team in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 10 PM - 7 AM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Oversee all 3rd shift warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of food products.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and handling requirements (FDA, OSHA, SQF, HACCP, etc.).
  
  
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
  
  
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
  
  
• Manage cold storage and temperature-controlled environments to ensure product quality.
  
  

Team Leadership

• Supervise, train, and motivate 3rd shift warehouse associates, leads, and forklift operators.
  
  
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and evaluate employee performance.
  
  
• Maintain staffing levels to meet operational demand, including scheduling and overtime management.
  
  
• Foster a safe and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
  
  

Health & Safety Compliance

• Enforce proper use of PPE, equipment, and warehouse safety procedures.
  
  
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address hazards immediately.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, food handling, and sanitation regulations.
