Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Rework Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for the precise soldering of electronic components onto circuit boards and other assemblies, ensuring the highest quality and adherence to technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and experience working with delicate components in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform soldering and de-soldering of surface mount and through-hole components on PCBs and other electronic assemblies.
- Inspect work for quality assurance, ensuring all solder joints meet industry standards (IPC-A-610).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions to determine soldering requirements.
- Operate and maintain soldering equipment, including soldering irons, hot air guns, and rework stations.
- Conduct basic testing and inspection of finished products to ensure functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.
