We are seeking a dedicated Assembler who can translate technical drawings into fully functional, high-quality products that meet stringent regulatory standards.
The Opportunity: Assembler As an Assembler, you will be the core of our manufacturing process, ensuring every system is built and tested to perfection.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Precision Assembly: Assemble complex imaging systems and sub-assemblies by accurately following detailed work instructions, assembly drawings, and routings.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Use various test equipment and tools to rigorously test products, document results, and efficiently troubleshoot and repair any non-conformances.
- Quality & Compliance: Execute all duties in strict compliance with regulatory agencies, ensuring the final product meets all quality standards.
- Cabling Expert: Experience with cabling of heavy mechanical assemblies is a significant plus, ensuring smooth and functional operations.
- Shift: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Location: Hoffman Estates, IL
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of electrical/mechanical assembly experience required.
- Technical Skill: Comprehensive working knowledge of hand tools, torque wrenches, and computer systems is a must.
- Physical: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Supports semi-complex manufacturing related studies and processes.
- Gathers and records semi-complex production information; enters data into internal computer systems.
- Participates in semi-complex repairing and retesting for product and/or manufacturing facilities.
- Helps develop estimates of requirements arising from process changes.
- Resolves semi-complex manufacturing or maintenance related problems affecting daily operations.
- May participate in technical problem solving/troubleshooting support to a manufacturing environment.
- Participates in troubleshooting for machine operations to determine parameters for improving efficiency in a production environment.
