Responsibilities
• Set up, adjust, and operate various CNC Mill machinery.
• Execute machine changeovers and efficiently manage production runs to maintain exceptionally tight tolerances.
• Adjust tools and modify feeds/speeds as necessary to optimize performance and part quality.
• Read and accurately interpret complex CNC code and blueprints.
• Perform SPC checks (Statistical Process Control) and complete accurate inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of CNC (Mill, Lathe or Swiss) machining experience is required, including proficiency in both setups and production runs.
• Foundational knowledge of machining tools and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in blueprint reading and machinist math skills.
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for the duration of the 12-hour shift.
